She is 2 years old and weighs 35 pounds. This gorgeous terrier mix is very lovable and energetic! Not only is she a magnificent dog, but she also loves to cuddle under the covers and especially feels compassion for her caretakers. Shasta loves to play fetch and is extremely active as she can chase the ball for hours on end! She is extremely overprotective with her toys and will jump up to get them.
With some training, she could even be your new workout buddy! Shasta loves kids, but should be supervised around small children due to her energetic personality. She may jump on a small child and knock him/her down. She should be the only dog in the house because she will fight over toys! Shasta does not like to share and will make sure to get the toy she wants even if it’s in another dog's possession.
However, she does fine with dog visitors or dogs on the street. Shasta also currently lives with 2 cats! Shasta is in great health. She is heartworm free and up to date on all her shots.
Additionally, Shasta is spayed/neutered and microchipped. She is also crate and house trained. Shasta is still looking for a forever home! She needs someone who will love her unconditionally. She will especially appeal to someone who loves to be active, but can also cuddle with her after a long day!
