Coming in at 11 lbs, he is an energetic and playful 7-year-old. The feisty little guy did well in his home until the arrival of a new baby. He was used to a calm and quiet atmosphere, but an addition to the family caused some angst as he can become fearful in new situations. Rocky Road’s ideal environment includes a calm approach and ongoing structure as he is a creature of habit. He would thrive in a smaller household with another dog as well! He loves having a buddy with him and now enjoys playing outside and exploring. The cues from another dog would definitely help him transition much easier. Rocky is house trained and loves walks! Daily walks are great for him to get outside and move around. During the day, Rocky rests mostly in his playpen when his foster mom is away, but at night he loves to curl up right next to her and roll around for some belly rubs!
