Lil Girl is an adult female Pit Bull Terrier.
She weighs 60 lbs and is about 6 years old. Lil Girl is good; she does not have inter-dog aggression, and is fine with cats and children. She has been neutered, tested negative for heartworm, and is up to date on all vaccinations. A very calm and reserved dog, Lil Girl is also well house-trained, and is very trustworthy! She also is active, and enjoys spending time both indoors and outdoors.
There are a lot of myths revolving around the Pit Bull breed, however, most of these myths are coming from the lack of knowledge and stereotypical misunderstanding of the breed. Pit Bulls express aggression when put under pressure for survival, and are not very likely to express any unless when they’re in an unexpected situation.
Lil Girl has a very sad story behind her adoption journey. She was rescued together with her brother, Romeo. However, Romeo passed away after the period of starvation they had faced while living on the street. Lil Girl was rescued from being euthanized if she had been put into the animal shelter due to a parvo outbreak happening.
